Throughout this very unusual year, American Pharmacists Association (APhA)–Academy of Pharmacy Practice and Management (APPM) leaders members came together virtually to strengthen our profession during a challenging time being essential health care workers on the frontlines coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic as well dealing with pressures declining reimbursement, increasing workload, promoting personal professional well-being.
